This irritation can cause wheezing. If you know that you are having problems with allergies or asthma, avoid exercising in the open and outdoors in general. By avoiding outdoors exercising, you have less chance of exposing yourself to any of the allergens.
There is a huge variety or health conditions that could make your breathing difficult when you train and exercise. Any infections or colds could interfere with your breathing and cause problems. Sinus infections or pneumonia and bronchitis can cause wheezing. If your airways are shrunk, you will not be able to breathe properly and normally which will cause you to experience chest pain and get tired a lot easier.
Any chronic conditions that could irritate your airways and throat will cause wheezing. The more you exercise, your breathing rate increases and so does the wheezing. Sometimes, wheezing just means that your lungs could be full of catarrh which could cause wheezing while you breathe. Either way, wheezing is not to be taken lightly.
