Clean Cities Coalition of Arizona - The Valley of the Sun Clean Cities Coalition (VSCCC) began as the Maricopa Association of Governments Clean Cities Coalition in June 1995 as a local, public/private partnership striving to remove barriers to the deployment of alternative fuel vehicles (AFVs) and the use of clean, alternative transportation fuels.
